{"id":43165,"date":"2025-01-20T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-20T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.campusvygon.com\/es\/?p=43165"},"modified":"2025-01-09T08:50:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T07:50:38","slug":"transporte-de-oxigeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.campusvygon.com\/es\/transporte-de-oxigeno\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo encontrar el equilibrio entre garantizar el transporte de ox\u00edgeno sin sobrecargar al paciente de volumen?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En los pacientes cr\u00edticos, el transporte de ox\u00edgeno debe ser <strong>3-2,5 veces mayor a su consumo<\/strong>, en caso contrario, el ox\u00edgeno ser\u00e1 insuficiente y puede llegar a fallecer de colapso cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes un consumo de ox\u00edgeno tan elevado, sobre todo en pacientes cr\u00edticos, <strong>resulta complejo asegurar el transporte<\/strong>. la <a href=\"https:\/\/semicyuc.org\/\">SEMICYUC<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>VPP, VVS, elastancia arterial<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Volumen sist\u00f3lico<\/strong>: algoritmo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presi\u00f3n venosa central, presi\u00f3n de enclavamiento capilar-pulmonar, presi\u00f3n hidrost\u00e1tica<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RVEDV<\/strong>: como medida de precarga. Relacionarlo con SVO2 y CO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GEDVI, IBTV<\/strong>, extravascular lung water (<strong>ELWI<\/strong>), correlaci\u00f3n pron\u00f3stica superior a 10 ml\/kg, IPV superior a 2-3 ARDS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitorizar <strong>alb\u00famina<\/strong>-reanimaci\u00f3n restrictiva. Pacientes hipoprotein\u00e9micos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00edneas B pulmonares-ecocardiograf\u00eda<\/strong> (cuantificar), compresi\u00f3n VCI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PO2, PAO2-FiO2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Radiograf\u00eda de t\u00f3rax<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exploraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica<\/strong>: ingurgitaci\u00f3n venosa, edemas, situaci\u00f3n
